About the Client
We’re exclusively working with a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment services. This organisation offers specialist care across a network of hospitals, clinics, and residential facilities. They support individuals with mental health conditions, rehabilitation needs, and learning disabilities, helping them achieve positive outcomes through tailored treatment programs.
How you’ll spend your day
- Handling inbound and outbound support calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Managing and resolving IT support tickets (20+ per day once up to speed).
- Assisting internal staff with Active Directory, Teams, and other IT systems.
- Training new starters on internal systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Working with third-party vendors and internal teams.
- Primarily working remotely, with occasional travel to Bristol (once a week or fortnight).
What you’ll bring to this role
- At least one year of IT helpdesk, infrastructure support, or relevant hands-on experience.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, permissions management, and Teams.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Avanti) and a general understanding of IT support processes.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., switches) is a bonus but not essential.
- Comfortable working independently in a low-stress, self-managed environment.
