About the Client
We’re exclusively working with a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment services. This organisation offers specialist care across a network of hospitals, clinics, and residential facilities. They support individuals with mental health conditions, rehabilitation needs, and learning disabilities, helping them achieve positive outcomes through tailored treatment programs.
How you’ll spend your day
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring system integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Design, build, and optimise Salesforce Flows to automate business processes efficiently.
- Analyse and manage data, ensuring high-quality records, deduplication, and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and permissions.
- Support third-party integrations and ensure system interoperability.
- Provide training and documentation to improve user adoption and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct system audits, and recommend enhancements.
- Assist with support ticket escalations and contribute to ongoing team development.
What you’ll bring to this role
- 5+ years’ experience managing a Salesforce implementation, including 2 years with Service Cloud.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience managing large datasets.
- Proven expertise in advanced Salesforce Flows, automation, and process optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including security settings, objects, profiles, and roles.
- Integration experience with third-party applications using APIs and integration platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to translate complex processes for different audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset, able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working within an agile delivery team.
- Desirable: Experience with marketing automation and Pardot/Marketing Cloud (1+ years).
