About the Role
We’re partnering with an innovative business undergoing a major transformation—modernising their internal systems into a cutting-edge platform built with React and microservices. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to play a key role in this journey. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and microservices.
- Supporting the transition from a .NET-based system to a modern, modular microservices architecture.
- Working with SQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and driving continuous improvements in code quality.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in front-end development, ideally with TypeScript, CSS, and React.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and backend development principles.
- Background in .NET, Python, or JavaScript, with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and experience working on large-scale projects is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with great communication skills and a collaborative approach.

The Process
- Qualification Call – A quick chat with one of our consultants to explore the role, your experience, and career goals.
- Stage 1 – 30–60 min call via MS Teams with the client.
- Stage 2 – 90-minute onsite interview covering technical and competency-based questions, including a tech test.
