How you’ll spend your day 

As a Tribe Lead, your role is focused on developing people, setting best practices, and working collaboratively to ensure effective project delivery. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the Business Analysis capability, driving continuous improvement, and building capability within the company.  

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring they have the right skills and support to succeed. 
  • Drive best practices by refining and advancing the existing delivery framework, standards, and templates. 
  • Establish and nurture a strong community of practice, acting as an ambassador for Business Analysis within the company.  
  • Work closely with Value Stream Leads (VSLs) to ensure resource allocation aligns with business priorities and project demands. 
  • Act as a key escalation point for capability or process-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency. 
  • Support the long-term strategy of balancing a core permanent team with flexible contractor resources. 

What you’ll bring to this role 

This is a leadership role focused on coaching, mentoring, and building capability within a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll be comfortable challenging existing ways of working while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. 

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of coaching and mentoring teams. 
  • Strong line management experience, including developing and supporting both permanent employees and contractors. 
  • Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders when needed, balancing delivery priorities with team capability and well-being. 
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and significant organisational change. 
  • Strong understanding of different delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and how to optimise their use within a complex organisation. 
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, capability building, and driving best practices forward. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective collaboration with Value Stream Leads and wider business functions.

The interview process for this client consists of: 

  • Stage 1 – 30 minute call with hiring manager 
  • Stage 2 – 90minute onsite interview consisting of competency and behavioural questions, as well as presenting back presentation task which I to be completed in advance
