How you’ll spend your day
Join a high-profile public sector project, helping to drive better decisions through clear, actionable data insights. You’ll work closely with user-centred design teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to shape service performance.
- Design and implement performance frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) to measure service success.
- Extract, cleanse, and analyse data from sources like Google Analytics (GA4), Datadog, and Splunk.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate service performance.
- Work with user-centred design teams to translate user needs into meaningful metrics.
- Create and test hypotheses to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Present your findings to stakeholders in a clear, engaging way—whether via dashboards, workshops, or reports.
What you’ll bring to this role
You’re a proactive analyst who thrives on solving problems through data. Comfortable with complex services and technical tools, you’ll bring:
- Experience designing and delivering performance frameworks for digital services.
- Strong data analysis skills, with a proven ability to extract actionable insights from multiple sources.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (ideally GA4), Data Studio, Power BI, and similar tools.
- Confidence presenting data stories to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of SQL, with Python/R as a bonus.
- Ideally, experience in government or public sector environments.
- SC clearance or eligibility.
