Location: Remote first (travel to Leeds and Harrogate sites required once every 2-4 weeks) 
Salary: Up to £500 outside IR35

About the Client 

You’ll be joining a UK-leading specialist family law firm with a nationwide presence. Recognised for its expertise in complex and high-net-worth cases – including international matters. The firm blends traditional client care with the innovation and scale of a modern legal services business. It operates a large team across multiple offices and is undergoing significant growth and digital transformation. 

How you’ll spend your day 

  • Work with stakeholders across legal, finance, BD, and tech teams to define business needs. 
  • Map current processes and design improved future workflows. 
  • Lead business process re-engineering to streamline operations. 
  • Shape Salesforce-driven solutions for CRM, onboarding, and reporting. 
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and test plans. 
  • Collaborate with Salesforce consultants and solution architects during build and rollout. 
  • Support key transformation initiatives like client lifecycle management and conflict checks. 
  • Facilitate workshops and training to embed process and system changes. 

What you’ll bring to this role 

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in legal or professional services. 
  • Strong background in Salesforce-related projects (e.g., CRM, Service Cloud). 
  • Skilled in process mapping and re-design using Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN. 
  • Knowledge of legal tech tools like Netdocuments, iManage, or DocuSign is a plus. 
  • Confident working across multiple business areas to drive change. 
  • Comfortable translating complex requirements into practical solutions for tech teams. 
  • Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Agile and/or hybrid project delivery experience.
