How you’ll spend your day 

Joining a collaborative and people-focused Business Change function, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact business change projects. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting high-impact transformation projects across ERP, e-commerce, and process change.  

  • Partner with business SMEs to define project objectives and shape change requirements early in the process 
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess scope and complexity, advising on effort and feasibility 
  • Lead the creation of functional requirements and user stories across a variety of projects using agile and hybrid approaches 
  • Support business teams in articulating their own requirements for smaller or BAU changes 
  • Help establish and maintain business process documentation to support future impact assessments 
  • Actively contribute to the development of a Business Architecture capability, providing insight to enhance strategic planning 
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support change readiness 

What you’ll bring to this role

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a proactive and inquisitive analyst, comfortable working in a complex, people-led organisation undergoing meaningful transformation. 

  • Strong experience in business analysis for IT-enabled change projects, including process and data analysis 
  • Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements with clear traceability through testing and training phases 
  • Confident communicator who can build trust, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes 
  • Hands-on experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies 
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale organisational or system change initiatives 
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, systems, and business areas 
  • Exposure to ERP or e-commerce systems and change is a bonus, but not essential 
  • Background in food & beverage, manufacturing or similar sectors is highly desirable

  • Stage 1 – 30-60 minutes competency interview via MS Teams 
  • Stage 2 – F2F interview including role based task
