How you’ll spend your day
- Oversee technical delivery and key technical decisions to ensure the project is back on track.
- Align engineers and technical teams to follow a unified direction.
- Act as a key communicator, ensuring the client and team understand the technical strategy and vision.
- Define and implement a scalable architecture to support long-term business goals.
- Identify bottlenecks, prioritise backlogs, and create solutions that drive efficiency.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and shared knowledge across teams.
- Work within a SCRUM framework, contributing to two-week sprints while balancing roadmap deadlines.
What you’ll bring to this role
- Strong background in software development, ideally hands-on with backend technologies (.Net preferred).
- Experience in technical architecture, with a focus on long-term scalability and strategic alignment.
- Ability to guide engineering teams and clients through architectural decisions, explaining pros, cons, and business impact.
- Experience in breaking down siloed working environments and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Consulting experience is a plus, bringing a problem-solving mindset to technical and organisational challenges.
- Familiarity with Azure (must-have); AWS experience is a bonus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in SCRUM teams and delivering to tight deadlines.
