How you’ll spend your day

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor Workday and Salesforce solutions accordingly.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, driving development efforts to deliver maximum value.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging Workday and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements while maintaining data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes, providing ongoing support to optimise system use.

What you’ll bring to this role

  • Expertise in Workday and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of integrations, reporting, and security.
  • Proven experience in system transformation projects, process re-engineering, and stakeholder education.
  • Ability to assess and review system configurations before implementing changes in production.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing system budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
  • A strategic and collaborative mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable system improvements.

  • Stage 1 – Remote interview with the hiring manager
  • Stage 2 – Remote or In Person interview with the CTO

There may be a stage in between with a Salesforce Consultant and Workday Consultant. This is TBC.
