How you’ll spend your day

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Workday Lead to Cash functional area, including billing, revenue, customer contracts, and customer management.
  • Configure, test, validate, and implement business process changes within Workday.
  • Maintain and update master data values in Workday to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assess the impact of Workday releases on Lead to Cash processes and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate new functionality and identify opportunities to enhance and optimise the use of Workday, particularly in Procurement.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across teams.
  • Use your technical expertise to propose and deliver solutions for complex challenges.

What you’ll bring to this role

  • Solid experience working with Workday configurations, with a clear understanding of Lead to Cash processes.
  • Knowledge of financial applications such as general ledger, consolidation, and business intelligence systems.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes, with the ability to lead initiatives that simplify and optimise systems.
  • A background in finance operations, customer management, billing, or financial data management would be highly beneficial.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude.
