How you’ll spend your day
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple projects
- Facilitate design workshops and define user journeys
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and component libraries in Figma
- Collaborate closely with developers, clients, and stakeholders
- Balance creativity with usability and strategic thinking
What you’ll bring to this role
- A senior-level designer with strong UI/UX capabilities
- Expert in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems
- Comfortable working independently and owning the design process
- Versatile and adaptable, able to shift between brand-led and startup environments
- An excellent communicator and team player
- Motion/interaction design skills (Preferable)
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (Preferable)
- Branding and visual identity experience (Preferable)

The interview process for this client consists of:
- Stage 1 – 30 minute Remote Interview with Hiring Manager
- Stage 2 – Take Home Technical Design Brief
- Stage 3 – 1 hour remote final discussion on the completed brief
