How you’ll spend your day
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning data into insights that drive better decisions across the business and for customers. You’ll:

  • Design, build and optimise dashboards in Power BI (or Tableau) for self-serve reporting.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions.
  • Write and optimise SQL queries to support analysis, transformation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data models and pipelines using tools such as DBT Cloud and Snowflake.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.


What you’ll bring to this role
We’re looking for a proactive analyst who combines strong technical skills with the ability to tell compelling data stories. You’ll need:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in data analysis, visualisation, and modelling.
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimisation).
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau, including DAX and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and the drive to turn data into practical business solutions.
  • Bonus: exposure to DBT, Fivetran, Python, Git, data governance, or machine learning techniques.
